In January 2026, Hesi Technology Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Hesi Technology”) underwent the second-stage on-site audit for the national military standard quality management system certification. Following several days of rigorous review by the expert panel, the company successfully passed this audit, marking a significant milestone in Hesi Technology’s efforts to establish and improve its quality management system for weapons and equipment.

This second‑stage on-site audit is a critical component of the national military standard quality management system certification. According to the certification process, organizations applying for the first time must undergo two phases of on-site auditing: the first phase focuses on assessing the establishment and operation of the system and confirming the scope of the audit; the second phase is a conformity audit that covers all departments, all products, all processes, and all requirements.

The audit team conducted a thorough, meticulous, and rigorously standardized audit of the company’s internal audits, management reviews, document and record control, human resources, infrastructure, product realization processes, monitoring and measurement equipment control, nonconforming product control, and improvement controls, employing methods such as interviews, on-site inspections, and review of records.

After several days of the second-phase audit, the expert panel gained a thorough understanding of Hesi Technology’s basic situation and verified the conformity, suitability, and ongoing effectiveness of its quality management system.
The audit team believes that Hesi Technology’s management attaches great importance to the establishment of its quality management system, and that quality training, organization-wide quality awareness, and quality culture-building efforts are comprehensive and effective. The quality system operates by fully leveraging risk-based thinking, the process approach, and the PDCA cycle, ensuring continuous improvement.
