Pressure is adjustable from 0 to 15 MPa, enabling simulation of hydrostatic pressure conditions ranging from 0 to 1,500 meters. The system supports pressure‑holding tests lasting up to 72 hours and 1,000 pressure‑cycle tests, and is equipped with a high‑precision pressure sensor and a leak‑detection system capable of identifying leaks as small as 0.01 mL/min.
Sealing Test Instrument
Under a pneumatic pressure of 0.5 MPa, the system maintains pressure for 1 minute with no leakage. It can be flexibly adapted to suit the material, structure, and sealing requirements of various components, meeting the testing needs of different application scenarios.

Temperature range: −60°C to 150°C; humidity range: 20% to 98% RH. Capable of high- and low-temperature storage, temperature cycling, and damp‑heat testing.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
It can perform neutral salt spray, acidic salt spray, and copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray tests, with a maximum continuous test duration of 1,000 hours, to verify the product’s corrosion resistance.
Finished-product aging test
Under simulated underwater operating conditions—such as prolonged immersion, alternating temperature and humidity, pressure exposure, salt‑spray corrosion, and continuous electrical operation—accelerated aging tests are conducted to evaluate the long-term stability and reliability of the complete device, its internal components, sealing structures, waterproof interfaces, solder joints, and insulation performance. These tests enable the early identification of potential failures—including design flaws, seal degradation, electrical aging, and corrosion‑induced open circuits—and verify the product’s service life and environmental adaptability during extended underwater operation.
